To ensure that the cancellation period is observed, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, most affordable delivery method we offer), promptly and at the latest within 14. days You will begin repaying the amount from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something different; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for examining their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
Reasons for exclusion or termination.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts.
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
- for the delivery of goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the contractor has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, excluding subscription agreements.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts.
- for the delivery of sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inextricably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
