Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Norway, Slovenia, Romania, Malta, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Belgium, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Slovakia.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) for deliveries within Germany: 6.00 EUR.

For orders with a value of 200.00 EUR or more, shipping within Germany is free.

For international deliveries, shipping is free for orders with a value of 350.00 EUR or more.

Our rooftop tents are delivered to you by a freight forwarder. Therefore, a freight surcharge of 99 EUR applies. For orders of 3500 EUR or more, the freight surcharge is completely waived.

Please be sure to provide a phone number, otherwise, we cannot pass the order on to the freight forwarder, and this may delay delivery.

Depending on weight or form, deviations are possible. The exact shipping cost can be found in the calculation at checkout.

 

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will occur within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 8 - 12 days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Freight deliveries are usually executed within 5-9 business days. The freight forwarder will contact you.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered. It may happen that we ship items separately.

Further payment details

When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA business debit, you authorize us by granting a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification (pre-notification) at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that your account is sufficiently covered on the announced date. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
