Quick Motor Free

1. Usage.

The Quick Motor Free is a spacious, freestanding awning designed for motorhomes that can be set up and taken down quickly. It can also be used without a vehicle being present. A vehicle can be positioned to the side of or against the rear of the awning.

Thanks to the innovative Quick-Up system, the Quick Motor Free can be set up in a matter of moments. Then, simply tighten the guy ropes that are already attached, drive the vehicle up to the awning, and it’s ready. With the Quick Motor Free, there is no fixed connection between the vehicle awning and the vehicle itself. This allows it to be used even without a vehicle, or allows for more flexible use of the vehicle for trips, shopping, or similar activities. A canopy above each entrance protects against rain and sun. This also protects the transition area to the vehicle. The connecting door to the vehicle can be opened or adjusted depending on the vehicle size. In addition, a small floor section can be folded out towards the vehicle, providing a clean and dry transition to the vehicle. 

The Quick Motor Free has a small footprint of just 113 x 28 x 28 cm and weighs only 14 kg. This means it can easily fit in any bus or camper. 

With its dimensions of 320 x 320 cm and a height of 215 cm (internal dimensions), the Quick Motor Free offers plenty of space and a comfortable standing height. The steeply sloping side walls allow for optimal use of the available area. 

The awning can be completely closed and used as a standalone structure, even without a vehicle. The large entrance area can be fully opened, creating a huge, continuous tent space. The main entrance to the tent also features a mosquito net, ensuring that even small insects cannot enter. The tub-shaped floor of the campervan awning provides excellent protection against water and moisture.


The Quick-Up System.:

• Remove the pop-up tent from its packaging and release the safety strap.
• Unfold the steel frame (with joints).
• Remove the steel supports (roof) one after the other (they lock into place).
• Remove the steel supports (side walls) one after the other (they lock into place).
• Attach the fiberglass rods to the roof and rear.
• Secure the outer tent and groundsheet with pegs, then attach the guy ropes.
• Approach the lock with the side or the rear of the vehicle facing it.
• Adjust the valve to the vehicle.
• Enjoy the surroundings and watch the others sort the poles.

2. Assembly / Disassembly

• Setup time: approximately 120 seconds.
• All-in-one setup.
• Durable, pre-tensioned guy wires with tensioning triangles.
• Roll-in packing cube for easier packing.
• Guy rope holders are easy to use and ensure that the tent remains securely anchored even under extreme conditions.
• Reinforced steel T-pegs (diameter: 7 mm, length: 200 mm)
• Mounting height on the vehicle ranges from 175 to 210 cm (suitable for VW buses, Mercedes Vitos, Ford Customs, etc. / but also for many other vehicles such as vans, off-road vehicles, SUVs, or passenger cars).

3. Ventilation.

• The large entrance area can be opened completely or partially.
• Complete front panel made of mesh for effective and rapid ventilation.
• A mosquito net on the entrance door allows for additional air exchange.
• The large door to the vehicle can be opened completely, partially, or only halfway.

4. Inputs

• 1 large entrance area to the tent.
• 1 large entry area into the vehicle.
• Entrance door with covered zippers, including Velcro strips (for weather protection).
• Durable zippers.
• Loops and eyelets are attached to the entrance for securing it.
• The foldable floor in the lock area can be fixed in the raised position when not in use.

7. Security.
