You always have access to water thanks to the high filter performance. Since the 600 model is a direct-flow water filter system, it does not require a tank, thus eliminating long waiting times. Systems with lower capacity are usually equipped with a water tank in which the water is stored. If the tank is empty, you have to wait for the water to be refilled.
