  2. Check availability: We will check the availability of your desired roof tent and get back to you immediately.
  3. Let's get started: We will accompany you during installation on your vehicle so that you can start your adventure quickly and safely.

By the way: The minimum rental period is only 4 days and our prices start from €190 including assembly and final cleaning.

Good to know:

  • No minimum rental period: The first 4 nights are charged at a flat rate, as this includes the effort for instruction and assembly.
  • Deposit: 500 €
  • Purchase option: If you want to keep your roof tent, we will credit 50% of the rent paid towards the purchase price. Payment is conveniently made by invoice.
  • Rental period: The pick-up and return days are each charged as a full rental day.

You can conveniently pick up our rooftop tents at one of our two locations. Both showrooms are easily accessible and offer a personal handover including instructions.

Pettstadt near Bamberg

Our location in Pettstadt is just a few minutes from Bamberg and is ideal for customers from Bamberg, Forchheim, Erlangen and the entire Upper Franconia region.

Bad Berka near Weimar

In Bad Berka, near Weimar, our rooftop tents are also available to you. The location is optimally accessible for customers from Weimar, Erfurt, Jena and the surrounding area.

FAQ – Roof Tent Rental

What is the cost of renting a roof tent?

The costs depend on the roof tent chosen and the rental period. You can calculate the price without obligation using the rental cost calculator on our website.
Can I view the roof tents before renting them?

Yes. You can view the roof tents in person and get advice in our showrooms in Bad Berka or Pettstadt. Please make an appointment in advance, as our showrooms are not continuously staffed.
How do I pay?

You can conveniently pay by cash, EC card, PayPal or bank transfer. All payment details will be sent to you in advance with your booking confirmation. Payment is usually made when you pick up the roof tent.
How much is the security deposit for the rooftop tent rental?

The deposit is €500 per roof tent.

This must be paid upon handover and will, of course, be fully refunded to you after proper return.
What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is only 4 days.
Can I buy the roof tent after renting it?

Yes. If you decide to purchase after renting, 50% of the rent paid will be credited towards the purchase price.
Where can I pick up the rooftop tent?

Pickup is possible at our locations in Pettstadt near Bamberg or Bad Berka near Weimar. You will receive all details with your booking confirmation.
Is a briefing included with the pickup?

Yes, you will receive a personal introduction upon handover. We will explain everything important so you can use your roof tent safely and without problems.
How do I return the rooftop tent?

The roof tent should be returned broom-clean and in proper condition. Normal wear and tear from use is, of course, not a problem.
