The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Spanish Islands.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 1 - 3 working days, and international deliveries within 5 - 10 working days after the contract is concluded (in case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Payment Details

When paying via SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account by the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
