Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Benjamin Reeh, Fasanenanger 6, 97437 Haßfurt, Phone number: +493643 8780470, Email address: info@camping-pioneers.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which is proportionate to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total extent of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, with the complete performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the performance that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires with the complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract where the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out repair work, with the complete performance of the repair services, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the performance that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the repair services before the end of the withdrawal period.
